Domain Sales Manager gives WordPress site owners one focused system for presenting and selling a portfolio of domain names. Manage each domain in wp-admin, publish a shortcode-powered sale card, accept direct payments through WooCommerce, and route higher-value transactions through the Escrow.com API.
Manage your domain inventory in WordPress
Add and edit domain names from a dedicated Domain Sales admin area. Each record can store its domain name and slug, price, currency, availability status, card headline, sales description, buy-button text, Contact Form 7 selection, theme override, featured flag, and active state.
Search and filter the admin list by domain, status, and active state. A built-in hit counter shows how many eligible shortcode renders each available or make-offer domain has received.
Build one sale page for many domains
Render domain offers through the [domain_sale] shortcode. Select a domain explicitly by ID, name, or slug, or let the plugin resolve it from configurable query-string keys such as domain, d, and slug. A global fallback domain is available when you want a default card.
Choose clean, dark, premium, or minimal card styling globally or override the theme for a specific domain. Available, reserved, sold, hidden, and make-offer states control what visitors see.
WooCommerce checkout without product posts
For domains at or below your configured direct-payment maximum, the plugin creates a dynamic WooCommerce order and sends the buyer to WooCommerce’s secure order-pay page. The order contains the exact domain, price, currency, and buyer details without creating or maintaining a separate WooCommerce product post.
Domain order checkout can be restricted to supported PayPal Payments, Zelle, and Cash App gateways that are installed and enabled in WooCommerce. The plugin atomically reserves the domain before creating checkout, marks it sold when the order reaches Processing or Completed, and releases direct-payment reservations when the order becomes Failed or Cancelled.
Escrow.com integration for higher-value sales
Domains above the configured direct-payment maximum use Escrow.com’s production or sandbox create-transaction API. The plugin submits a domain-name transaction with the buyer, seller, price, currency, and inspection period, then records the returned Escrow transaction ID in an on-hold WooCommerce tracking order.
Escrow.com checkout requires your own Escrow.com account email and API key. Escrow transaction completion, cancellation reconciliation, and registrar transfer are not automated in version 1.1.12; the seller must complete and reconcile those operational steps.
Add inquiries, language, and currency tools
Optionally embed a selected Contact Form 7 form inside the domain card for questions and offers. Optional GTranslate and DynoReg Custom Currencies companion integrations can add a compact language control, currency selector, and converted display prices. These companion plugins and any related service accounts are installed and configured separately.
Simple commercial terms
Domain Sales Manager is $29. Future product updates are included free for life. Optional product support is $29 per year, and buyers can renew another year of support at the same $29 price.
