Accounts and Marketplace Use
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, submit unlawful or deceptive content, infringe another person’s rights, or use the marketplace to distribute malicious code.
- Sellers must have the rights needed to offer every submitted product and related asset.
- Listings must accurately describe product functionality, compatibility, licensing, pricing, and support.
- CodingRepo.com may review, reject, suspend, or remove listings or accounts to protect the marketplace.
- Buyers may use a product only within the license displayed or supplied with that product.
Payments and Delivery
Prices, available license options, and applicable charges are shown before an order is submitted. Digital access is normally provided after successful payment confirmation. A failed, reversed, disputed, or unauthorized payment may result in withheld or suspended access. Seller commissions and payout timing are described on the Commission Structure page and may be subject to verification, dispute, and provider-processing requirements.
Content, Availability, and Enforcement
Sellers retain ownership of their products while granting CodingRepo.com the permissions reasonably needed to host, display, review, deliver, and promote their listings. Marketplace availability and specific features may change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. We may restrict accounts, listings, downloads, or payouts when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security issues, legal complaints, payment disputes, or violations of these terms.
We may revise these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
