Give customers an easy way to pay with Zelle or Cash App. Alt Payments brings both payment methods to WooCommerce, with clear instructions for buyers and a simple way for you to confirm payment and share shipment tracking.
Zelle and Cash App at checkout
Customers place their order first, then see the exact total, your receiving details and their order number to use as the payment reference. Zelle payments use your configured email address or US phone number. Cash App shows a QR code and payment link for the order’s total. Customers can find the instructions again in their order details and order emails. Works with standard WooCommerce checkout and Checkout Blocks. Payments must be in US dollars.
You confirm when the money arrives
Orders stay On hold while you wait for payment. Check your receiving account, then choose Mark payment received on the WooCommerce order. WooCommerce moves the paid order to Processing or Completed, depending on whether it still needs to be fulfilled.
Only authorized store staff can confirm payment. Payment approval is manual, so you stay in control of when an order is marked paid.
Add tracking after an order is completed
Enter a tracking number, carrier, shipping date and optional tracking link, even after the order has been marked Completed. Customers can see the saved tracking in their order details.
Tracking is also included in customer order emails sent after you save it. If the completion email has already gone out, resend the customer order email to share the new tracking details. Saving tracking does not send an email automatically.
Keep shipment details together
Choose USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or another carrier. Add more than one shipment to an order and update each shipment’s status to Shipped, In transit or Delivered as it progresses. Shipment statuses are updated by your team.
What you’ll need
A WooCommerce store using US dollars and a receiving Zelle or Cash App account. You provide your receiving details; Cash App QR codes are generated automatically for each order. Zelle does not use a QR code.
