Submitting a Notice
Use Contact Support to submit a written notice identifying the copyrighted work, the specific CodingRepo.com URL or material at issue, your contact details, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law. Include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, plus your physical or electronic signature.
Counter Notices
If your material is removed because of a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, explaining under penalty of perjury why the removal was mistaken, and providing your name, address, telephone number, signature, and the jurisdictional and service consents required by applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy
CodingRepo.com may remove or restrict material while a complaint is reviewed and may terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts associated with repeated infringement. Knowingly submitting a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may create liability. Consider obtaining legal advice before submitting either document.
