Take Orders Pro adds a mobile-first ordering experience and live operating workspace to WooCommerce. Accept pickup, delivery by your store, and delivery by mail from your own WordPress website while WooCommerce remains the system of record for products, stock, taxes, orders, and reporting.
Stop overpaying for fees!
Send customers to your own ordering site instead of requiring a third-party delivery marketplace for every sale. Take Orders Pro does not charge a marketplace commission on plugin-created orders. Your payment gateway, messaging provider, maps, hosting, or other independently selected services may still have their own charges.
Offer the fulfillment methods that fit your business
Enable pickup, delivery by your store, delivery by mail, or any combination. Each method has its own fee and customer flow. Store delivery can use a configured GPS radius with server-side eligibility checks, while pickup and mailed orders remain independent of that local service area.
Manage live orders without sending staff into wp-admin
The responsive Store Management portal gives authorized staff a focused Current Orders feed with status controls, ready-time acknowledgement, incoming-order sounds, and a mute-until-next-order action. Seven alert sounds are included, and administrators can allow a validated custom audio file.
Managers can review grouped products, update availability and simple-product prices, control pickup and delivery settings, manage hours, and send new-product requests for administrator review. The role stays outside the general WordPress dashboard and does not receive unrestricted product editing.
Keep customers informed
Private token-based tracking gives each customer a dedicated status link. A rate-limited Check Order page can return readiness from an order number or checkout phone number without exposing customer identity, address, items, total, or the private token. Completed orders can also open a dedicated thank-you view with status and prefilled SMS actions.
WooCommerce-native ordering
Products, prices, taxes, stock, orders, and reports stay in WooCommerce. Take Orders Pro uses WooCommerce CRUD APIs, declares High-Performance Order Storage compatibility, and includes a menu block plus shortcodes for ordering, Store Management, and order lookup.
Optional customer features
Sites can enable Google-only customer accounts for moderated WooCommerce product reviews. WhatsApp click-to-chat handoff and configurable customer message templates are also available. These integrations require the site owner to configure the relevant third-party service.
Simple commercial terms
Take Orders Pro is $199 one time with free future product updates. Optional product support is $99 per year; renew only when you want another year of product assistance. The complete plugin source is included under GPLv2 or later.
